Get $0 delivery fees	U.S.-based MileagePlus members can get $0 delivery fees with a scheduled U.S. domestic flight on United Airlines. You’ll get a 7-day Instacart+ membership. Only available to non‑Instacart+ members. Grocery and retail orders must be $10 or more, Costco orders must be $35 or more, and restaurant orders must be $25 or more to get $0 delivery fees. You’re eligible for the offer 7 days before your flight and up to 14 days after your flight. Once enrolled, you receive $0 delivery fees on orders placed in 7 consecutive days from enrollment. Service and other fees may apply to your order.
Earn 500 MileagePlus miles for first Instacart order	Earn a one-time bonus offer of 500 miles for United users placing an order on Instacart app or Instacart.com. This offer expires 60 days after enrollment or no later than October 5, 2028. Must have a valid MileagePlus account linked to an Instacart account to enroll. Offer available one time per account. Excludes restaurant orders. You’ll receive your mile reward 6–8 weeks after your order is delivered or picked up.
Earn 5,000 MileagePlus miles for qualifying orders	Earn 5,000 miles after placing 4 qualifying orders ($35 or more) on Instacart.com or Instacart app within 8 weeks of placing the first order. Must have a valid MileagePlus account linked to an Instacart account to enroll. Only new or returning (no orders placed in prior 12 months) Instacart customers are eligible. Excludes restaurant orders. You’ll receive your mile reward 6–8 weeks after completing the 4th qualifying order.
Sign up for annual Instacart+ Membership and earn 5,000 miles for eligible users	Eligible Instacart users who have redeemed the 4 qualifying orders offer will earn 5,000 miles after signing up for an annual paid Instacart+ membership through the offer enrollment. Customers must pay for an annual Instacart+ membership and keep it active for at least 30 days to receive the offer. Limited to one redemption per MileagePlus account.

Overview U.S.-based United MileagePlus® members can enroll in a complimentary 7‑day Instacart+ term (excl. access to Peacock Premium subscription) which lets you enjoy delivery fees waived on eligible Instacart orders for 7 days with a scheduled U.S. domestic United flight departing and arriving within the United States (each a “Qualifying Flight”).

Eligibility & Enrollment Must be a U.S. resident, age 18+. Must hold a valid MileagePlus account and take a Qualifying Flight. Enrollment window: 7 days before and up to 14 days after your scheduled Qualifying Flight; no later than September 28, 2028, 11:59 PM PT . Non‑Instacart+ members only. Complimentary Instacart+ benefits apply for 7 days upon enrollment; Instacart+ terms apply. Instacart First Order Bonus Offer

Overview Instacart users earn 500 MileagePlus miles* upon completing their first qualifying Instacart order within 60 days after linking their Instacart account with a valid United MileagePlus account.

Eligibility & Enrollment Must be a U.S. resident, age 18+. Link a valid MileagePlus account via Instacart.com or Instacart mobile app $0 Delivery Fee Incentive Offer enrollment page(s) by September 28, 2028, 11:59 PM PT. One‑time redemption per Instacart account and per MileagePlus account.

Qualifying Order Order must be placed on Instacart.com or Instacart mobile app within 60 days of offer enrollment or no later than October 5, 2028, 11:59 PM PT. to qualify; excludes restaurant orders. MileagePlus miles will be awarded only to the account associated with a qualifying order after successful pickup or delivery of such order. Instacart Qualifying Orders Offer

Overview Eligible United MileagePlus members who complete 4 separate qualifying Instacart orders within an 8-week period of placing the first order will earn 5,000 MileagePlus miles*.

Eligibility & Enrollment Must be a U.S. resident, age 18+, valid MileagePlus member. Offer available for new Instacart users or users with no orders placed in prior 12 months from offer enrollment date. To enroll, link Instacart and MileagePlus accounts before August 10, 2028, 11:59 PM PT. Orders must be placed on Instacart.com or Instacart mobile app; excludes restaurant orders.

Qualifying Orders Four separate qualifying orders, each with item subtotals $35 or more before tip, taxes, or fees must be placed no later than 8 weeks after enrollment and no later than October 5, 2028, 11:59PM PT. All orders must be delivered within 8 weeks of the first qualifying order. Deliveries subject to availability; Instacart may not be available in all zip or post codes.

MileagePlus Miles Award 5,000 MileagePlus miles will be credited 6–8 weeks after completion of a MileagePlus member’s 4th qualifying order. Offer redeemable once per member; void where prohibited. Instacart+ Membership Offer

Overview Instacart users who have redeemed the Instacart Qualifying Orders Offer will earn 5,000 MileagePlus miles* after signing up for an annual paid Instacart+ membership through the offer enrollment.

Eligibility & Enrollment Must be a U.S. resident, age 18+, valid MileagePlus member. Offer available for Instacart users who have enrolled and completed the Instacart Qualifying Orders Offer. Instacart users who did not link their account with a United MileagePlus account or create a new one from a United MileagePlus offer enrollment source are not eligible for the 5,000 miles. To enroll in the Instacart+ Mileage Offer, an eligible Instacart user must link their Instacart and MileagePlus accounts before September 5, 2028, 11:59 PM PT and join Instacart+ via the offer enrollment available in targeted digital placements only after the member has completed the listed requirements.

Qualifying Activity To qualify for this offer, users must sign up and pay for an annual Instacart+ membership for $99/year (or the then current rate) via the offer enrollment after linking their MileagePlus account with their Instacart account and completing the Instacart Qualifying Orders Offer. Users must maintain a paid Instacart+ membership for at least 30 days to receive their MileagePlus miles award.

Miles Award 5,000 MileagePlus miles will be credited 6–8 weeks after a qualifying user maintains a paid Instacart+ membership purchased via the offer enrollment for at least 30 days. Instacart+ Terms By enrolling in this Instacart+ Mileage Offer, you agree to the Instacart+ Terms and that you will be charged $99/year, or the then current rate, for an annual recurring membership and billed automatically to any active payment method on file annually, unless you cancel. Subscription prices are subject to change. You may cancel your paid subscription by selecting “Cancel Membership” in the “Your Instacart+ Membership” page. You will not be charged if you cancel your Instacart+ membership prior to the end of your applicable paid membership term. You are eligible to receive a refund if you cancel within 5 days of the start of the paid membership term and you have not placed any orders with Instacart+.
