Instacart and Costco Executive Member benefit

Instacart and Costco have partnered to offer an Executive Member benefit.

This benefit gives Costco Executive Members one $10 credit per month, valid on orders of $150 or more on either Instacart or Costco Same-Day Delivery - not both. The benefit applies to the platform where it’s first used each month.

Credits are applied to valid Executive Members’ Same-Day or Instacart accounts on the first of every month beginning June 30, 2025, and expire at the end of each month.  

Executive Members

To use this benefit—

1. Go to sameday.costco.com / sameday.costco.ca and sign in with your costco.com account (or create one!). 
2. From there, create an order of $150 or more (excluding taxes, fees, alcohol and Rx items), and the $10 automatically applies when you checkout.

Additional information—

• The $10 credit is automatically added to your account each month, and applies at checkout to one Costco order of $150 or more (excluding taxes, fees, alcohol, and Rx items).
• The $10 credit expires at the end of each month and doesn’t roll over. A new credit will then apply to your account on the first of each month. 
• You only get one $10 credit per month to use on any linked account sharing the same Costco Executive Membership.
• The credit is only available to use at Costco on the Instacart app or Instacart.com or SameDay.Costco.com.

You can see this monthly credit through your account on the Instacart website or in-app—

1. Click the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner on the website or tap the account icon at the top in-app.
2. Select Credits, promos, and gift cards.
3. Look under Your credits.

Non-Executive Members

• To receive this benefit, you can sign up for a new Executive Membership or upgrade to the Executive Member tier at https://www.costco.com/upgrade-membership.html
• Once you upgrade or sign up, you can enter your Executive Member number on—
  • United States: www.instacart.com/costco (US) or sameday.costco.com (US)
  • Canada: www.instacart.ca/costco (Canada) or sameday.costco.ca (Canada)
• If you upgrade your membership to Executive, you will have the same member number.

As a valid Costco Executive Member card holder you can receive one (1) $10 instant credit in your Instacart account to use at either Costco on Instacart’s marketplace or  SameDay.Costco.com (collectively, the “Eligible Accounts”) each month you have a valid Costco Executive Membership that is linked to your Instacart account starting 6/30/25. Each monthly credit is only eligible on one purchase of $150 or more of eligible products made from Costco on either Instacart.com or SameDay.Costco.com. The monthly credit will be made available to you in your Eligible Accounts at the beginning of each calendar month or on the date you become a Costco Executive Member. Any credit will only be available in your Eligible Accounts for the remainder of the calendar month in which it was awarded; the monthly credits will not roll over into a subsequent month. Credit will be applied to the total purchase price in the same transaction for all eligible products, and excludes taxes, service and delivery fees, tips, special handling fees and/or other fees. Alcohol, Rx, and gift card products are ineligible to count toward the minimum spend and credit will not apply to alcohol, Rx or gift card products. Limit 1 credit per order. If your Costco Executive Membership is closed at any time, Instacart and/or Costco reserves the right to remove any unused Instacart credits from your account. Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable. Deliveries subject to availability.
