Claiming the offer

To claim the offer and see if you’re eligible—

  1. Log in to your Instacart account.
    1. Website: Select the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner.
    2. In-app: Select the account icon in the upper right corner. Then select Settings.
  2. Select Your Instacart+ membership.
  3. Scroll down to Unlock special offers.
  4. Select Redeem next to the offer if eligible.

Qualifying for the offer

To qualify for the Chase United Cardmember Instacart+ offer—

  • You must use an eligible Chase United credit card as the payment method when claiming the offer.
    • Only the primary cardmember is eligible for the benefit
    • Excludes Apple Card and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coupons don’t apply to alcohol.

If you’re an active Instacart+ member, your paid membership will pause during the 3 month complimentary term or complimentary Instacart+ membership period, depending on which offer you qualify for. It then resumes to your active paid membership after that period. 

To qualify for the in-app coupon offer—

  • The card associated with the offer must still be valid (as determined by Chase)
  • You must have an active Instacart+ membership where you are the primary member.
  • You must use the eligible card at checkout for the coupon to auto apply.

Note, after qualifying for a coupon(s)—

  • They have no order minimum.
  • They expire at the close of the month for which they are issued.
  • The first coupon offer is issued at time of enrollment, and will have a limited expiry window given the end of the month expiration. If you’re eligible for a second, monthly coupon, the second coupon offer is issued once the first coupon is used.
  • Subsequent monthly offers are issued on the first day of each month.

Redeeming your discounted Instacart+ membership
