  3. Add other items, if needed, and checkout.
  4. Log into or create an account.
  5. Choose a delivery time and receive your prescription as fast as the same-day.

Choosing how your prescription is delivered

At checkout, you might see an option to choose how your prescription is delivered:

  • Meet at door —  Your shopper will hand your prescription directly to you. At checkout, you'll need to confirm that you—or another person you designate who is also 18 or older—will be available to receive the order and present a valid ID. In certain situations, a signature will need to be collected before the shopper can hand over the prescription.
  • Leave at the door — your shopper leaves your prescription at your door without requiring you to be present. At checkout, you'll need to confirm your understanding and consent before your order is placed. This is required every time and isn't saved from a previous order.

Once your order is placed, your delivery preference is locked and can not be changed. You can't switch between "Meet at door" and "Leave at the door" after checkout.
