What you'll see in the hub

Each retailer sets up their own hub, so what you see may vary. If your account is linked, you may see:

  • Points and rewards
  • Your loyalty ID and barcode with one-click access
  • Offers you can use
  • Tier status, coupons, banners, and other retailer content

If you're not linked yet, you'll see program benefits, how to join, and loyalty terms and conditions.

How to get to your loyalty hub

Note: The loyalty hub is a website-only feature.

On Instacart.com, you can get there from two places:

  • From your account menu: click Your account settings, then Loyalty cards
  • From the storefront page: click Savings with [Retailer] beneath the retailer storefront

On the [Retailer] website, you can get there from two places:

  • From your account menu: click Your Rewards from the profile options
  • From the storefront page: click Your Rewards beneath the retailer storefront
