SMS Marketing from Instacart and Pantry (powered by Instacart)
These terms apply to SMS marketing from both Instacart and Pantry, powered by Instacart.
- Instacart and Pantry mobile alerts are marketing text messages that contain information about Instacart's or Pantry’s promotions or deals that may be of interest to you. You can sign up to receive SMS marketing messages from Instacart, Pantry or both!
- You can cancel Instacart or Pantry SMS services at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code in the SMS message you received. Once you send "STOP," you'll receive a confirmation message, and SMS marketing messages from the service you signed up for (Instacart or Pantry) will stop. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially, and we'll resume sending SMS messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Instacart and to Instacart from you. Message frequency will vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Instacart will not sell your SMS opt-in information (the information that you have opted-in to receive SMS messages from Instacart or that you have not done so) with a third party for their own marketing purposes that are unaffiliated with Instacart.
