Some retailers on our platform offer membership or loyalty card integration, so you can continue to receive select benefits while shopping on Instacart. You can see participating retailers in your area and add cards in your Instacart account.
In the app—
- Tap the Account icon.
- Under Savings, tap Add Loyalty cards.
- Tap Add card next to the store whose card you want to add.
- Enter your loyalty/membership information.
- Tap Confirm or Link membership.
On the website—
- Click the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner.
- Click Your account settings.
- Click Loyalty cards.
- Click Add card under the store whose card you want to add.
- Enter your loyalty/membership information.
- Tap Confirm or Link membership.
At this time, we can’t confirm if your information applied. You can see any loyalty pricing and discounts under Total Savings at checkout.

Cancel or renew your Sam’s Club membership
Sam’s Club memberships purchased on Instacart are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. To cancel or renew a Sam’s Club membership purchased through Instacart, contact Sam’s Club directly.

Please note that canceling an order that includes a membership purchase won’t cancel the membership.
